2. Service Description

Genox provides AI platform infrastructure and services across multiple domains including healthcare, security, optimization, and financial technology. Our platforms are currently in pre-production development with targeted launch in Q3-Q4 2026.

3. User Accounts and Access

Access to certain Services may require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You retain ownership of content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and improve our Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Genox in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any platform-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genox regarding our Services.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
